RTVing 1 more time to include specific wording for where we need them to rack the parts, along with re-graining. DO NOT SEND TO ANY OTHER VENDORS. IF AFL CAN'T DO IT, SEND EM BACK TO MRB. Also we're starting a remake line in the meantime.

AFL - AFL ruined the parts by racking with washers on the ends They were shipped BACK to AFL for $0 Grain repair and tape racking re-anodize - AFL said they could not use the tape, and so didn't do anything at all (nice) In the interest of time, we pulled the job back and sent out to Metal Tech. Issues are as follows: 1. specified conductive tape on anodize which is not compatible 2. Did not include any grain repairs when going to another vendor 3. When we first went out to AFL, we did not have any Tape and wire method specified 4. We also didn't have any tabs on these parts.

This part is the same trim that AFL had a quality meeting with Jemco last year. They have stated in the past that the trim with Class A surfaces would require additional material or tabs on each end for washer racking. It was addressed that material would be added to the trim parts such that washer racking would not affect the critical areas. .
